Our property management service evolved in response to high demand from clients who were looking for a bespoke and trusted property management firm. This trust was developed from our work in helping them through the refurbishment process of their properties, which included surveying, designing and planning.
Over the years, we have grown as a Property Management company, understanding that homeowners want a committed and individual relationship when it comes to the management of their home. As such, our reputation has been founded on our dedication to quality and client satisfaction.
This year, we decided to branch this area of the company out, as Somerset Estates, in order to further develop our Property Management business to ensure we continue to give the committed service our clients deserve.
At Somerset Estates, our Property Management service is personal and as such, we have a dedicated team of staff that are there for all client needs. We are here for every aspect of our clients property needs. From being on call for emergencies and arranging improvement works, to appointing household staff and organising weekly security checks. We ensure that all home needs are fulfilled by adopting a unique and tailored approach to suit all of our client needs.
