David is a Chartered Building Surveyor, with over twenty five years’ experience within the residential, commercial, industrial and high end residential sectors as well as housing disrepair.

David is very knowledgeable in respect to the analysis and identification of defects.

David’s experience includes the management of large projects within the banking and education sectors.
